\nSeven Pinecones is a live sound experience that blends composed music, improvisation, body percussion, and intentional atmosphere design.
It is neither a traditional concert nor a meditation class \u2014 it\u2019s a space intentionally shaped to shift the inner state of those who join us.

\nEvery session is built from a mix of original composed pieces, and spontaneous improvisation that responds to the people and the space.

The drums hold the pulse and grounding. The guitar carries the breath, resonance, and emotion. Together, they form a dialogue \u2014 not only between us, but between the room and everyone in it.

\nParticipants are invited into simple, accessible body percussion, allowing the group to feel the rhythm internally and express it externally.
